The Schlossberg vineyard is one of the most beautiful vineyards in Fürst. The soil consists of red-colored sand-lime brick and has a high lime content, which is ideal for the grape varieties belonging to the Pinot family.
Always a classic, a class of its own. A pioneer for the Franconian and German Pinot Noir, a timeless work of art, a fixed star. Full of the typical princely elegance, fresh, dried beech leaves, perfect acidity, juicy and unfortunately also very drink-animating. It is not Burgundy. That is Churfranken.
