Over paid on shipping

After a long process at check-out and on the last step I found that my 12 bottles of plum wine had a shipping cost of over $40.00. During all the many steps there was some notices that shipping may be free. I went with 12 bottles in the hope that this might reduce my shipping. This process for me took about an hour. Yes I am not that good with these processes, but this process was terrible. Now I had invested so much time, ...so I paid. When I received the wine, the bottle did not look like the picture. Did they ship the right wine? Looks like they want me as a customer, with all the e-mails I am getting. I will re-order this wine, but I will search out a different vendor.
