This organic farmhouse ale has a clean, golden-yellow body, with a larger white foamy head that settles to the top of the glass and stays there for quite some time. The aroma is quite rustic, quite hayy, grainy and a little dusty, and there are some spicy touches in it as well. The sip is also in this spirit.
The beginning is medium bitter, followed by a slightly spicier aftertaste, while the finish is quite dry and somewhat herbal. All this character then just continues into a lasting aftertaste.
