Notes of tropical fruit, apple and lime with wet stone, spice are met with minerality and vibrant acidity on the finish.The grapes were gently pressed, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and aged sur lie for three months.

Crisp, refreshing acidity and a spicy ironstone flintiness/minerality gives the wine weight, leading to a finish that is long and complex.
