Red berries compote w/animalistic savory & spicy notes. Meat pasties flavor. Elegant medium body w/silky unseen tannins. Drink now. Great example of underrated village appellation of Santeney which is close in style to Rully or Mercurey. 

 Nose of dry fruits and fresher palate than nose. Flavors of dark edge cherry typical of Pinot Noir. Also plum and pepper in a tannic structure. Paired well with its regional cheese Delice de Bourgogne, also great with Brie and Epoisse.
