DESCRIPTION
On the nose there is finesse and minerality, always a bit closed in its youth. The wine stays rather tight, sharp (a mineral characteristic of white Saint-Aubin). The ageing in wood barrels gives it a nice persistance.
Best served with fish en papillotes, seafood, and cooked pork dishes.
