DESCRIPTION

A grilled almond nose which is very Puligny. Sesame oil on the palate, along with some citrus, too. Mostly pineapple fruit with a silky texture and a touch of salt on the finish.
A beautifully layered nose combines notes of acacia blossom, pear, apple, lemon and a hint of pain grillé. There is fine volume to the generous, succulent and supple middle weight flavors that possess lovely intensity and fine finishing punch. If this can add depth with 2 to 3 years of bottle age, it could merit the upper end of my predicted range.
Paired With: Seared Ali tuna, brown rice, roasted Brussels sprouts.
