Francois Baur Riesling Herrenweg 2017

This classic dry Riesling from Alsace is clean and pure with white fruits, citrus, lychee and mineral complexities. Serve with seafood with lemon, sea salt and ginger accents, or with smoky pork dishes and sauerkraut like the locals do in the region. The Baur Family winery was established in Turckheim in 1741. The Domaine consists of exceptionally situated Vineyards, offering a Southern and granite soil.
