Fruity notes of small red fruits such as redcurrant, raspberry or sour cherry. The palate is lively, balanced, very fine and at the same time with a nice sensation of red fruits. The well-integrated tannins make it a supple and delicate wine.

Pinots Noir from Alsace pairs well with white meats and poultry, some cheeses and, since they are not too tannic, they also match well with fish.
