The Fosilni Breg Reserve is a cask selection of the three strongest and most distinctive casks. These casks are kept for an extra year on the full lees before being racked and aging for almost another year in stainless steel.
An intense and pure Sauvignon Blanc made by the Tement family in Slovenia. This wine is a serious effort marked by classic flavour characteristics and balanced by a minerality attributable to the shell limestone and cambisol soil.Â
