Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C; when the right alcoholic content has been reached fermentation is then stopped by sharply reducing the temperature to leave a high natural sugar residue.Folonari Moscato is selected from hillside vines cultivated in Oltrepo Pavese on over 800 hectares of vineyards. The vines are trained using the Guyot system and grow on white soils of calcareous-marly origin. The yield per hectare in about 8000 kilos.This wine is from Italy, Veneto region.
