A blend with core ingredients of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Syrah. The Cabernet contributes red and black berries, dark cherries and green tobacco leaves. The Syrah lends a velvety texture, black and purple fruit and smoked meat.
The Petit Syrah contributes bright red fruit, and a tight tannic structure. The oak aging adding cigar box espresso, bittersweet chocolate and sweet spices. All these combine into a lean, structured, complex wine.
