The palate follows with beautifully balanced bramble fruit, rhubarb and cherry reduction, accented by notes of crème brulee and mocha. Boasting a lengthy finish, the wine closes with a savory component of dried herbs and harmonious acidity.
This Pinot Noir captures the unique terroir of Anderson Valley offering ripe berry and rhubarb aromas. Cassis flavors on the palate are balanced by supple tannic texture, culminating in sumptuous length that offers tones of sous bois.
