One of the most widely grown grape varieties, it can be found in nearly every wine growing region. A cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a hardy vine that produces a full-bodied wine with high tannins and great aging potential.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is an opulent wine with aromas of ripe cherry, cedar, cigar, and lavender. On the palate flavors of Santa Rosa plum are layered with caramel rhubarb and toasted oak, finishing with decadent notes of espresso and dark cocoa.
