The 2017 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is deep and inviting. The wine displays aromas of Black Cherry and dark plum resulting in a lovely hint of violet. Flavors of cherry cola and cocoa nib are rounded out by a note of pipe tobacco. Overall the wine features a firm tannin structured balanced by a smooth lingering finish.
