The 2019 Riesling Willamette Valley shows lovely fruit-driven aromas of peaches and lemon/lime. Sweet notes of papaya and green apple on the palate with loads of crisp fruit notes and a lingering mineral laden finish.
A very fine effort, this way over-delivers for the price. Punchy lemon-lime fruit anchors a dry wine with juicy acidity and pretty accents of clover and stone fruits. The powerful fruit and impressive balance and length all advocate for long-term aging potential.
