DESCRIPTION
Pale old gold color, very clean and bright. Intense notes of ageing under a veil of flor, with very good balance, behind which we find memories of herbalism, dried grass, bitter almonds and marine notes.
Being an autumn harvest, the wine is more marked by the heads, with greater depth of aromas. Ideal as an aperitif, with good, well-cured olives, fried almonds and salted meats such as mojama.
