Our single vineyard PS comes from one of the best vineyards in Napa. We did 35% whole cluster fermentation and used 25% new French oak. It is purple and will stain your teeth, but still has structure and elegance.

Elegant notes of cranberry, strawberry, and blueberry with subtle hints of French vanilla and toasty oak. Abundant tannins fill the mouth to build structure. This rich and powerful wine has flavors of dark cherries and toasted oak.

We recommend pairing our Petite Sirah with a blackened salmon, beef bourguignon or grilled pork tenderloin.
