• 100% Fiano from 20-year-old vines • Fiano vineyards are in the zone of Lapio at 500 meters above sea level • Eastern exposure • Clusters are soft pressed and then fermented in stainless steel, where it matures for 8 months before bottling • Approximately 700 cases produced annually
