Fetzer Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with classic aromas of freshly cut grass, accented by layered notes of Kaffir lime, kiwi and citrus blossom. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine is bright and crisp, with flavors of melon, grapefruit, pear and pineapple, all framed by an inviting mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

In 2019 our Sauvignon Blanc was harvested at peak ripeness in early September, when grape sugars and acids delivered an ideal balance for this expressive, fruit-forward variety.

The bright acidity and fresh citrus aromas in our Sauvignon Blanc naturally complement the richer notes in the salmon, while highlighting the lemon undertones in the glaze.
