Our Chardonnay is a crisp, clean wine with a fruit forward style and layers of flavor. Bright and golden straw in color, there are tropical aromas of pineapple, banana and honeydew with notes of vanilla, lemongrass, hazelnut and clove. This crisp, medium-bodied wine has flavors of citrus, baked apples, melon and pear with a wonderfully lingering finish.

In another strong, early vintage in California, the Chardonnay grapes were harvested at peak ripeness, then cold-settled, whole cluster-pressed and fermented in a combination of tank and barrel to create a crisp, food-friendly Chardonnay. The wine was aged partially in stainless steel and partially with oak, a balance envisioned to complement the wine’s lively, fruit-driven profile with the premium toast notes and supple mouthfeel imparted by French and American oak.
