Pale Straw in color, this Godello has all the lemon verbena you’ve come to savor from this elusive Galician grape. There is a subtlety of peach skin and chamomile and notes of quince. The slick leesy texture keeps the acid in check and adds body definition. Though influenced by both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, the Rias Baixas winemaking natives are able to utilize the native valley soils to transmit that saline minerality the wine leaves you lingering over.
