Famille Hugel Muscat Classic 2013
Pale lemon tinged with green. A much less intense aroma than most muscat, fresh, floral, grapes and citrus. The palate is bone dry, crisp and grapey, light weight, with moderate flavour intensity. Fairly high acidity. A decent, refreshing aperitif at £10/bottle.
40% Muscat Alsace à petits grains (including a young plot in Schoenenbourg vineyard), 60% Muscat Ottonel.
Nice dry variation of this classic Elsass grape
