This has so much upfront, floral appeal (orange blossom and roses), juicy fruit, generous body and just enough acidity to keep it bright at the finish.

Colour: pale gold Nose: really dominant herbal notes, gooseberry, crispy peach, lemon zest and sage. Really fresh and vibrant. Pallet: after first touch with tongue it seems acidic and mineral. After swallowing the wine becomes surprisingly sweet and refreshing. Acidity mid+. Lemon zests, sage, apple. Residual sugar fits the wine. Finish: Bitter sage, fresh apples and lemon acidity
