Explosivo Vinho Verde Tinto DOC (2021)

This red Vinho Verde isMinho, in Portugal. Its dark, highly pigmented color may surprise drinkers’ palates with its bright acidity and its fresh and fruity flavors. Traditionally a table wine in Northern Portugal, Vinhão is an excellent choice to serve with grilled fish and fried foods.

Its naturally high acidity washes down high-fat foods, and its fresh, fruity aromas pair well with a number of dishes, including hot dogs and hamburgers straight off the summer grill. It could even be served with a slight chill on it.
