Excelsior Chardonnay 2019

The nose shows hints of peach, lemons and orange blossom backed up by a touch of oak. The palate is fresh and creamy with great length from the acidity. Try pairing with salmon mousse served with cream fraiche and dill.

 

Elegant and approachable with a lime-green hue and complex nose of peach, marmalade, orange blossoms and green apple followed by a full creamy palate and pleasant finish. 50% of the wine is aged in equal parts French and American oak. Pair with cheeses, poultry and fish.
