The 2022 Etna Bianco Le Vigne Niche Santo Spirito rises from the glass with a savoury blend of crushed green apples, wet stones and a hint of chamomile. The wine is silky and soothing, with flavours of ripe apricot and nectarine accompanied by sweet herbs and a hint of candied lime, carried by a lively acidity.
The finish is long and lightly textured, leaving a mineral note and traces of Asian pear that slowly fade.
