The grapes for this rosé come from Pinot Noir and St. Laurent from vineyards around Gumpoldskirchen, with a high lime content the ideal location for Burgundy vines. Floral notes on the nose, the Pinot says hello: some wild strawberries, ripe figs, rhubarb, plus a tiny hint of mint. A fine, delicate texture on the palate, smooth, airy and unadorned, while being pleasantly fragrant, with the right acidity, elegantly drinkable.
