A superb blend that perfectly balances the characteristics of the three varieties that represent the region: citrus, herbs, ripe pears and great structure. Fresh, with a mineral finish that I associate with Avessou.
Crisp, complex, with a steely edge and a soft finish thanks to the handling of the lees. The focus here is on expressing the terroir of the region rather than the varieties themselves.
