Firm, structured with tobacco, earth, and oaky notes on an acid-laden frame. Dried red and black berries, nuts, bitter chocolate and tar with potpourri aromatics. Firm finish with good length.
This wine tastes good with, Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
