Delicious bottle of pinot noir from a very hype Quebec winery.
Pours a beautiful translucent garnet colour. The nose is full of dirt, earth and red fruit skin notes.
Light body with a very fresh acidity. Some mild tannins on the finish but it's the acidity that sticks with you (though not at all in a bad way).
