Elderton Shiraz Command 2015

Very dark purple with bright magenta hues. Blackberry fruit, aniseed and spices. Aromas of blackberry fruit, aniseed and spices carry through to the palate which is rich, warm and generous. 

A bold array of warm red plums with sappy, bracken and oak-spice notes that add complexity. The palate has a very rich core of supple but dense, red-berry and plum flavor, wrapped in sturdy, rich tannin.

Pure cherry and raspberry flavors are succulent and smooth, with pops of toffee, milk chocolate and baking spices on a supple frame. Amazingly smooth and seamless on the long, spicy finish.
