Dark fruit. Intense and concentrated. Oak is evident. Smokey. Tart and sour elements. Medium plus tannin and relatively high acidity.
Lovely balance of fruit and secondary flavors - blackberry and black cherry with tobacco and licorice on the midpalate and just a hint of almond or vanilla. Very acidic would be perfect with cheese.
