El Esteco Syrah Don David Reserve 2015

Aged in contact with new oak for 12 months, this wine has a deep red color with purple edges. It displays a great intensity with cassis, cloves and violet floral notes. The palate is filled with fruits, round tannins, and pepper notes. It has an elegant and long persistence.

Ideal to enjoy with grilled meat, stews and cheeses.

Oily, gritty aromas of almond skins set up a pungent but oily tasting palate. Core fruit flavors lean towards sour grapefruit and orange, while the finish is tangy, salty and sour through the last note.
