A concentrated pink color, this is a blend of 50% of each of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the vineyards of Aÿ, both vinified as white wines with some 5% of Pinot Noir vinified as red. The Pinot Noir has primary and malolactic fermentation in barrel, the Chardonnay in tank. Aged for 24 months in bottle, dosage of 9g/L. Immensely quaffable, a brilliant balance between strawberry fruit and perfectly judged acidity, refreshing and delicious.
