Edna Valley Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

A red cherry aroma is enhanced by graphite, sweet cedar and a pinch of herbs on the nose of this bottling. There's an herbal array to the palate, from oregano and marjoram to thyme and cracked pepper, with black plum and dried elderberry sauces filling the core. 

Enjoy with smoked or roasted meats, sharp cheeses and dishes with rich flavorful sauces.
