Starchy and piquant aromas of taro root, fresh horseradish, jicama, and freshly julienned green apple lead to a high-toned palate of nopales underscored by candied peanuts. Sweet-tart candied hibiscus lands on a delightfully delayed finish.
This has a wonderful nose of lifted tropical notes and floral with cool pear and a light spice. The palate has a brightness of tropical fruits (obviously prickly pear) and a bright citrus balanced by cool mint and mineral notes.
