As much green as pale lemon in colour. The bouquet is quite restrained, especially for this sometimes exuberant vineyard. Altogether more backward, a solid bench of fruit in the mouth.
Some peach notes on the palate show the ripeness and there is significant persistence of concentrated fruit, but this still feels fully Chablisian.
