DESCRIPTION
Most white grapes grown in the upper Douro valley, until the 1980s were used for Port. Since the 1990s there has been a revolution in the valley and many great red and white non fortified wines are being produced. The Viosinho and Rabigato grapes are particular to the Douro valley and make high quality wine.
The wines are also a blend of two altitudes, and from two different vineyard parcels. The name Tons means “tones of” or “hues of”.
