DESCRIPTION
This elegant Chardonnay is made from vines in the lieu-dit Les Davreaux. There is a ripe apricot fruit character and a lovely, approachable texture, although the wine is still fairly substantial.
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in tank, followed by ageing in used casks for a year and a further six months in tank after blending drinking.Aromas of yellow pear, almond paste and white flowers introduce Dujac's 2017 Morey-Saint-Denis Blanc, a medium-bodied, bright and precise wine that's shaping up nicely.
