IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
The color on this wine reminds us of a Golden Apple. Lemon curd and apple aromatics are immediately present with hints of almond, hay and cantaloupe slowly releasing as you swirl the wine in glass.
The palate more robust and round bring about notes of Asian pear, peach and shisho leaf. Along with bright acidity this chardonnay has a pleasantly long and lingering finish begging to be paired with Fish, Pork or risotto.
Aged in French oak, 35% new. This Chardonnay is both medium bodied and balanced. Enjoy now or cellar for continued development.
