Extremely subtle aromas of toasted oak, yellow flower and a whiff of dill waft out of the glass. The firm palate offers yellow apple and nectarine peels and a hint of oak.
Grillo, a native variety with characteristic freshness and flavour, is supported by a remarkable structure: it finds full expression in Kados. The floral and citrus scents, the ample velvety taste and its admirable longevity make this wine - produced with grapes from the Tenuta Risignolo - one of the most versatile Duca di Salaparuta whites.
