Duca di Salaparuta Grillo Calanica 2020

It is a refreshing and jovial Sicilian wine from the province of Trapani, in western Sicily. It refines for a few months in steel tanks and presents itself with a bright straw color, from which it expresses aromas of ripe yellow fruit and Mediterranean aromatic herbs, while on the palate it is fresh and flowing, ample and persistent.

Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
