Minerality and texture are highlighted in this late-release GG. It's quiet on the nose with delicate hints of white grapefruit and stone. While dry in style, the palate is exuberant, plump and silky boasting ripe white-grapefruit flavor marked by caramel and honey. This juicy yet elegant wine is balanced by fresh acidity and a long mineral finish.
Appearance: light yellow, clear. Nose: honey, nectarine, peach, flint Palate: medium plus to high acidity, red pepper , quince and a bit sour.
