The fruit was picked in the early hours of the morning, crushed, gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit characters.

Description: Expressive style with aromas of peach, apricot, peach blossom and lemon on the nose. On the palate, mineral, peach, pithy notes, apricot and lemon flavors intermingle to bring forth a vibrant but distinctly elegant wine.

A lovely, delicate white wine with notes of pear, peach, white flowers and orange rind.
