Dr. Hans Von Muller Riesling Auslese 2020 |
This is classic Auslese, with exceptional power and balance between botrytis sweetness and bright, concentrated Riesling flavors. Very broad and rich with botrytis notes, caramelized fruit flavors, and a good acidity. Deceivingly, sweet with a quartzy crystallized quality.
With some of the steepest and northernmost vineyards in the world, as well as the coolest climate, Germany produces some of the best white wines in the world, mainly Riesling. Delicate, age-worthy, intense and elegant are the typical descriptions for these wines.

Outstanding Riesling
I find the Auslese Riesling to have excellent taste and be very smooth to the palate. I recommend to everyone who enjoys white wine.

Fantastic sleeper. Beautiful and clear as a clear mountain day in Garmisch P!! I don't know but with import/export costs these days, a great value as well. The sweetness here is natural. If you prefer dryer Moselles and such it probably is too sweet for you. Excellent desert wine. Velle Danke

BAD I ordered the 2020 which they advertized and would have gotten 5 stars but they sent me 2022 which are terrible in comparison - 1 star
