Merlot dominated despite being from the left bank. Needs a lot of air this one does. Dark ruby colour. The nose shows the classic graphite and blackberry aromas with some plum and pepper.
Bold with notes of plum, blackberry, pepper, cherry, graphite and leather. Very juicy tannins which would make it ideal for some red meat. Bit of mocha at the end of it. A solid wine that is drinkable now but could do with a few more years. Bold finish with a lingering aftertaste.
