Scents and luscious palate presence of white peach and nectarine, glazed pineapple and candied lemon rind are mouthwateringly laced with marine mineral salts but also marzipan, flowery honey and nougat, yet the combination of confectionary and savory mineral elements is not in the least discordant.

This finishes with levity, refreshment and colorful sheer persistence.
