Dorigo Ribolla Gialla 2017

Straw yellow in colour with greenish nuances it gives the nose notes of grapefruit, lime and hawthorn. It has a good freshness and flavour combined with determined chalky minerality. Match  it to a pumpkin risotto or ricotta and spinach ravioli, to fish and shellfish dishes and rustic pies with vegetables.

A sophisticated and dry white wine from the fascinating wine region of Friuli, made from the Ribolla Gialla grape. Floral and exotic, with good acidity to liven the senses, this is delicious with seafood, chicken, and other delicate dishes.
