Straw yellow color to the eye. The nose opens on memories of yellow flowers, such as chamomile, then followed by fruity tones of peach and plum. Mineral nuances and references to almond complete the olfactory picture. The taste is soft and savory at the same time, fragrant and persistent, again almondy in the aftertaste.
Eclectic in food pairings, it is excellent with linguine with shrimp and zucchini.
